Turtle Cookie

Our turtle cookie is rich, chewy, and indulgent, inspired by the classic turtle candy. The base is usually a soft chocolate or brown-sugar cookie, deep and cocoa-forward or warmly caramelized, with a tender bite.

Studded throughout are toasted pecans that add a buttery crunch, along with pockets of gooey caramel that stretch slightly when warm.
